Steve has been wonderful. He is very nice and pleasant. Also Lluvia has been wonderful as well. Andrew Schuller has been very rude and disrespectful. Not pleasant to work with at all.

Timely and professional

I have been going to TEAM for about 10 years for everything. I have leased and bought vehicles, and I use their maintenance, and body shop when I need. When I first started I met Nick and he was very polite, honest, and genuine. Nick has moved up and now I work with Drue. Drue was absolutely amazing. He saved me $1000 on this visit by finding a warranty I purchased a few years back and forgot about. He kept me informed of the progress and is just an all around good guy. I can tell that they care about customer service and each time I go I feel more comfortable going the next time.

Well, my vehical was taken in very promptly when I called and told automotive my problem. Vehical was in shop for awhile but we were explained problem very well when why and what was taking place with our car. Stevan was the mechanic did a great job informing us and keeping my wife and I very updated. Stevan and Team even made sure we had transportation by giving us a rental from Enterprise which helped us out alot. All and all I know things happen thats why there is warrienties Team having its own huge shop to help ya with any problem imagenable gives a peice of mind when buying a new or used vehical. I will continue to purchase vehicals from Team foe this is a very very big factore when i purchase a vehical thank you and my car is running like brand new.

The work was performed as expected and upon inspection of the Toyota they found that the rear axle had been broken by Team employees. The rear axle was replaced by a brand new one at the dealers cost.
